Obama, pandering for illegal voters

Yesterday Barack Obama addressed the National Council of La Raza, a group that openly encourages illegal immigration, opposes any effort to close the borders or return illegals to Mexico. They believe illegals should be entitled to all the benefits of US Citizenship including Drivers Licenses and the right to vote... (that last being key).

They don't believe the United Sates has the legitimate authority to control access to, or have a say in who enters the country, of to set criteria for entry....  While their website doesn't endorse reconquista, the group has been linked to the idea by a number if websites that conducted their own investigations, these include Michelle Malkin and  Front Page Magazine   On the Sonoran Alliance we have several videos of students allegedly encouraged and backed by La Raza La taking over a Tuscon School Board meeting.  Here's the first one (There are several), followed by a little history

President Felipe Calderon Of Mexico in August 2007

Blasted U.S. immigration policies on Sunday and promised to fight harder to protect the rights of Mexicans in the U.S., saying "Mexico does not end at its borders." and where ever there is a Mexican there is Mexico

and to the Mayor of LA he had this to say..

The Mexican President Calderon to the  LA Mayor Villaraigosa on Thursday 2/15/07

" You have more Mexican Citizens in your city than most of my Governors in Mexico "

This is nothing new

In Chicago on July 27, 1997, then Mexican President Ernesto Zedilla told the National Council of LaRaza, "I have proudly affirmed that the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders." He announced a Mexican constitutional amendment that purports to allow Mexicans to retain their Mexican nationality even though they become U.S. citizens (which is contrary to the U.S. naturalization oath).

When President Vicente Fox came to the United States this year, he reiterated this line, proclaiming that "the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders" and includes migrants living in the United States. He called for open borders and endorsed Mexico's new dual citizenship law.

Some Mexicans use the term "reconquista," which is Spanish for reconquest, to describe their desire to see California, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas acquired by Mexico and named the new country of Aztlan. They are teaching their youth that the United States "stole" those areas from Mexico and that they should be returned."Mexico's claim to the Southwest originated with the 1494 Treaty of Tordesillas, which drew an imaginary line on the map to divide the Western Hemisphere between Spain and Portugal. Because geography had so many unknowns at that time, Portugal got only Brazil (which is why Brazilians speak Portuguese).

Other countries never recognized this treaty, and Americans consider it ridiculous even to talk about giving the Southwest to Mexico. Most national borders all over the world have come about as the result of war.Mexicans obviously have no thought of invading the Southwest with troops, so their hope is reconquista by migration, both legal and illegal. According to Mario Obledo, founder of the Mexican American Legal Defense & Education Fund, "California is going to be a Hispanic state and anyone who doesn't like it should leave.
An amnesty rally in the Los Angeles Sports Arena on June 10, 2000 attracted 25,000 people. In demanding amnesty for illegal Mexican aliens, the speakers proudly announced the names of at least a dozen unions in Los Angeles that are now headed by Mexicans.Vicente Fox presented Mexico's Congress with a five-year development plan to eliminate the U.S.-Mexican border. He said he plans to serve "the 100 million Mexicans who now live in Mexico and the more than 18 million who live abroad," and to "strengthen our ability to protect and defend the rights of all Mexicans abroad."

Juan Hernandez, appointed by Fox as special liaison to Mexicans abroad, lobbies to get U.S. driver's licenses issued to illegal aliens and defends the Mexican government's issuance of desert survival kits to those sneaking across the border. On ABC's Nightline on June 7, he boasted: "We are betting that the Mexican-American population in the United States ... will think Mexico first.

I don't know about you, but there seems to be enough there to indicate an investigation of La Raza is more in order than the honor of an I live you guys visit from the president...Then again this guy loves the Arab Brotherhood, guess he figures that with his charm they'll forget they've been our sworn enemies for almost a century... Getting back to La Raza, why would a US President want to address a group that openly defies America Law...

For Votes... Barack Obama is well aware the Illegal Infiltrators can easily get false Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates, Drivers Licenses and other documentation they need to become registered voter..  Several States, like Maryland, have dropped the requirement that voters present ID at the polling place in order to vote.  In past demonstrations, La Raza activists have made it very clear if he doesn't do what they want, he won't get the illegal vote..

Is it legal, for the President to pander for illegal votes?  Isn't that encouraging illegal voting?  I'm afraid that's a" I report you decide question.."  In my opinion he's openly encouraging illegal voting and trying to build an illegal voter base.  The Democratic Majority in the US Senate thinks otherwise....

This how the President started his pandering address to La Raza:

Right off the bat, I should thank you because I have poached quite a few of your alumni to work in my administration. (Laughter.) They're all doing outstanding work. Raul Yzaguirre, my ambassador to the Dominican Republic -- (applause) -- Latinos serving at every level of my administration. We've got young people right out of college in the White House. We've got the first Latina Cabinet Secretary in history, Hilda Solis. (Applause.) So we couldn't be prouder of the work that so many folks who've been engaged with La Raza before, the handiwork that they're doing with our administration. And as Janet mentioned, obviously we're extraordinarily proud of someone who is doing outstanding work on the Supreme Court, Sonia Sotomayor. (Applause.)

***************

So he brags about hiring people who have been part of, or worked with a organization dedicated to the disobedience and circumvention of United States Law and who may be doing it directly or indirectly at the behest of a foreign power..  With democrat in the White House,  Harry Reid  has forgotten, what that implies, he'd have remembered  quick enough if Bush had done something similar.

That wasn't the only thing that raised a few eyebrows

Now, I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the laws on my own. (Applause.) And believe me, right now dealing with Congress-
AUDIENCE: Yes, you can! Yes, you can! Yes, you can! Yes, you can! Yes, you can!
THE PRESIDENT: Believe me -- believe me, the idea of doing things on my own is very tempting. (Laughter.) I promise you. Not just on immigration reform. (Laughter.) But that's not how -- that's not how our system works.
AUDIENCE MEMBER: Change it!
THE PRESIDENT: That's not how our democracy functions. That's not how our Constitution is written.

There's a video out  of that statement I'm not going to post it- he backed off quickly enough to make it appear like a harmless statement..  Kinda like he was trying to be funny...  He'd never make as a stand-up comedian, with or without the teleprompter, he may have just been pandering.  By the same token, It may have been a warning to Congress, he's got a bad habit of trying to regulate, and use executive orders to manipulate his way around the Law, Congress, the American People and The United States Constitution.  I think the American people see it, the House of Representative sees it but the the Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid is a democrat first, the politician in charge of the US Senate second. somewhere down from there he remembers he's charged with protecting the Constitution and the American People.

As Americans we have a responsibility to make sure the politicians we elect remember their obligation is to the American People, it is not to a political party, and it's damn sure not to encourage people who have broken our laws by entering the country illegally to vote illegally. Politicians who engage in activities like that should be removed from office as rapidly as legally possible, through election, recall or impeachment....

For a president to give his endorsement and encouragement to an organization like La Raza knowing what I've found out about La Raza is, n my opinion is a criminal act.

The photographs used were courtesy of Ringo's Pictures   and were taken during demonstrations in California, drop by and pay him a visit

The illegals have a warning for anyone not taking them seriously..

  1. Best be investing in Phillip Morris and P. Lorrilard. His cadre will be buying them smokes to vote democratic. Glad they found out about Mickey Mouse in FL, and the Dallas Cowboys football team in NV.

  2. Unfortunately a lot of this was encouraged by George W. Bush and his ideas of having open borders. Obama has ramped up the idea, probably because he thinks that it would get him more votes, but the reality is that it will just increase the type of violence that we see along the border, along with the lawlessness. And with Hezbolla's increasing presence and influence with the cartels, Obama would probably be on of the top people that they would wish to "question"! Probably with a great deal of force and awful concequences afterward.

  3. "Obama has ramped up the idea, probably because he thinks that it would get him more votes"

You do know that under Obama there are 1000 plus more border patrol and the funding to ICE has been doubled....don't you? You also know that under Obama there have been more arrests of illegal alien felons in this country than under any other president...don't you?

LOL.....of course you don't Its so much easier to be told the lie you want to hear.

  4. Anonymous, Why is the ICE Agents gave there management a vote of no confidence.. La Raza is what is, and there's evidence to support it.

Obama's address to La Raza is a matter of public record.. The quote is directly from his statement as released by the White House, the quotes by Caderone and Fox are equally verifiable

The Photographs are very real,,,They were taken in LA. I could easily have posted the ones showing the Communist and Mexican flags, without the American flag carried by various contingents during the same demonstration.

  5. The pictures are great. Mexican Americans expressing their constitutional right to assemble and free speech. You do know what a Mexican American is don't you? LaRaza represents all Latinas. Do you know who Bill Richardson is? How about Sonia Sotomayor, how about Cecilia Munoz, Louis Caldera? You may want to look them up. They all work for Obama. They are all of Latina descent. Hence his statements to LaRaza. You can try and vilify LaRaza all you want. Yjey are well respected in the Latina community. They do not tell their people to break the law.....no matter how many times you want to post that lie it simply is not true. They are for immigration reform and amnesty....the same way Ronnie Reagan and Bush were. You and your dimwitted cohorts have tried to denounce any gorup that supports Obama as radical and unamerican and it still hasn't worked for you. All polls still show Obama beating all current republicans head to head. Your blog is full of lies and spin. You are one of the problems with this country. You lie to the three readers you have.

  6. Yep you realize that and and abetting criminal activity is a crime.. so when they help illegals get jobs, false documents or anything else they are committing a crime..

Those caught voting illegally should get 5 years in prison before deportation.. as should those who attempt to register them..

They are respected in a community of illegal infiltrators...who believe they're entitled to steal the privileges of American Citizenship.

Treason is very narrowly defined.. person must be working on behalf of another country against the interests of the United States,, Since two Mexican Presidents seemed to endorse reconquista a case could be made that those supporting the annexation by Mexico of the American SW are guilty of treason.

Every time we've had an amnesty all we've gotten are more infiltrators demanding amnesty..

  8. I hope you keep meligning LaRaza and its followers in your blogs while they keep advocating for their followers to vote Democrat. Laraza is supported by such companies as Citicorp, Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, Walmart, and Ford. You are the DNC's best friend.

  9. Bill and Melinda Gates are in collusion with Secretary of Education Duncan and Obama to data mine our children from kindergarten and Unconstitutionally Centralize education in violation of the 5th and 19th Amendments..

While Obama rants about Tax Breaks for Oil he forgets about his friends at GE,,the no bid contracts, special grants and jobs they send to China,

Speaking of GE and Citi--without the secret 0 interest loans then Chairman of the NT Fed, Tim Geithner funneled to them I wonder what kind of shape they'd be in--- That information comes from Bernie Saunders..

  10. Your new anonymouse friend does not seem to understand that illegal aliens no matter where they are from have no constitutional rights (well, unless you want to argue that pesky 14th amendment).

His debate with you reminds me of some of the dim-witted dullards and dolts over on the dark side of the road.

Are we going to have to fight for the Alamo again?

I have never seen a country fall as fast as ours has in the past 2.5 years. When will the left smell their own bad breath?

  11. anon - Sorry, but I have worked for extended peiods of time in PHX, ABQ, HOU, and Tyler, TX. Entire areas of PHX & Houston are controlled by ILLEGALS. I was also tasked to do revenue analysis at one hospital in Houston, For CY 2006, 20 million had to be written off to bad debt for HC services provided to ILLEGALS. The estimates run between 1-3 billion loss for HC services to ILLEGALS in Orange, Co, cA. I am still an advocate for landmines along the entire length of the border. Not as expensive as a wall, and much more effective. No fear, I would alert all residents south of the border with leaflets printed in English.
