"We're So Sorry, Uncle Omar"

Onyango 'Omar' Obama
Excerpted from Boston.com:
FRAMINGHAM - The uncle of President Obama arrested here last week on drunken driving and other charges has been a fugitive from deportation since 1992, according to two federal law enforcement officials with knowledge of the case.

Onyango Obama, who is from Kenya and is known as the president's Uncle Omar on his father's side, had lived a quiet life in Massachusetts until last Wednesday, when police said the car he was driving darted in front of a police cruiser, nearly causing the officer to hit his car...
...
Onyango Obama's sister, Zeituni Onyango, also faced deportation before a Boston immigration judge granted her asylum last year. She, too, had avoided the spotlight, living in public housing in South Boston despite a deportation order...

We're So Sorry Uncle Omar

We're so sorry Uncle Omar
We're so sorry if we caused you any pain
We're so sorry Uncle Omar
But there's no Green Card left at home
And I believe that ticket will cause some pain
We're so sorry but we haven't heard from your nephew all day
We're so Sorry Uncle Omar
But if deportation should happen we'll be sure to send you away

We're so sorry Uncle Omar
But we haven't heard a bloody thing all day
We're so sorry Uncle Omar
But the President’s not on the phone but it’s so hard to deport today

Head across the sky
President Obama notified me
He had to had fix the economy or he couldn’t go to sleep
Krugman had another look and we had a cup of TEA and peanut butter pie
(the peanut butter wouldn't melt so I put it in the pie)

Head across the sky

Live a little be a gypsy, get around(get around)
Get your feet up off the ground

The original, much better written, 'Uncle Albert' from 1971 - when I could run faster, jump higher, and I could never have imagined that a sitting President might have an extended family of illegal aliens living here...

  1. I don't know of any other sitting president with illegal family members living in the country but I do remember a sitting president opening up the closed airways to escort his "extended family" and the family of mastermind of the 9-11 hijackings (Bin laden family)to flee the US where they had been living illegally for many years under a republican regime. Lets see....a drunk driving brohter of a president versus the family of the US's largest mass murderer.....who is more dangerous...Hmmmmm thats a tough one.

(CBS) Two dozen members of Osama bin Laden's family were urgently evacuated from the United States in the first days following the terrorist attacks on New York and Washington, according to the Saudi ambassador to Washington.

One of bin Laden's brothers frantically called the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Washington looking for protection, Prince Bandar bin Sultan told The New York Times. The brother was sent to a room in the Watergate Hotel and was told not to open the door.

Most of bin Laden's relatives were attending high school and college. The young members of the bin Laden family were driven or flown under FBI supervision to a secret place in Texas and then to Washington, The Times reported Sunday.

Many were terrified, fearing they would be lynched after hearing reports of violence against Muslims and Arab-Americans.

  2. Damn, a pity bubba didn't whack them all when he had the chance.

As to Uncle Fester, it appears the fruit didn't fall far from the tree.

  4. Al-Anon, So you're saying that the family of Bin Laden should have been, what, held here so they could have been assaulted, murdered, and otherwise retaliated against? Are you supportive of vigilante justice? Is that how 'You roll'?

You provided the answer for their request for quick 'egress' in YOUR copied quote from above: "Many were terrified, fearing they would be lynched after hearing reports of violence against Muslims and Arab-Americans."

Do you not remember what 09/12 was like in this country? Muslims were being pulled from their businesses and beaten in the street.

Unfortunately, your quote lifted from CBS News, according to SNOPES is NOT factual:
    http://www.snopes.com/rumors/flights.asp

The Bin Laden family was allowed to leave this country on September 20, 2001, after being interrogated by the FBI 'extensively'.

Another feather in your research cap there, huh? Keep posting, sooner or later you'll get something right.

As for your facts reading the above post, "Lets see....a drunk driving brohter of a president versus the family of the US's largest mass murderer.....who is more dangerous..."

It was President Obama's Uncle who was arrested - and for the love of God, spell-check your stuff before you post it here. Okay 'brohter'?

I'm glad your kids are going to all the best schools. I'm guessing that you don't write to them too often, huh? Sheesh, that would be sooooo embarassing.

  6. Moos, I know you're not from this area and probably don't know where the dung-hole town of Palm Bay is, but that is where this Facebooger cretin leaves his carbon footprint and slime trail.

There are no good schools in Palm Bay. It's hard to take an SAT test with a can of spray paint.

  7. SOL, Is Palm Bay near Merrit Island? This would explain a lot.

  8. English Spoken Other Language. It might explain the varmints trouble with spelling. Would hate to think it slept through so much school during its troubled youth.

  9. alphamom, here:
as yet, i've heard no word from the faux POTUS in regard to his errant relative. may we look forward to another "beer summit" to resolve this matter? i'm just in the mood for another "teaching moment"! i would call them troglodytes, but that would be an insult to our forbears. alphamom/marianne
p.s.@ the other anon: spellcheck is free.
