U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has apparently lied to Congress about when he knew of Gunwalker, and considering the scope of the operation it is implausible that he was not involved in its implementation.

It is only reasonable to believe that knowledge of this operation did not stop with cabinet-level officials. If the directors of so many executive branch agencies were involved in this scandal, as it appears they might have been, it is plausible that knowledge of this scheme — perhaps the origination? — came directly from the White House......................

I know Pajamas Is slanted to the right, and I think proving an Obama/Hillary connection may be difficult. Even so the facts Bob Owens quotes are easily verifiable, they're presented logically. He makes a strong case for the removal of Napolitano and Holder from office, possibly to face criminal charges.  The evidence against Hillary is little bit circumstantial.

 

The jump from Eric Holder to the Oval Office is a little more circumstantial.   Obama must have approved of the operation, because Holder, did might depend a little to much on guilt by association for most Americans to buy, at least without a little additional evidence,  That doesn't mean Bob Owens is wrong..I believe he may be right.   Gathering evidence can be a slow process.  Forty years ago, it took months to get from a burglary to 17 minutes of missing tape.  Darrel Issa is heading for Mexico to try and determine what, if anything, we told them about Operations Fast And Furious..

 

I've thought for sometime over reach could end up destroying Obama's Presidency..and Gunwalker is overeach on a major level, but there's been more, a lot more:

 

EPA deciding to enforce Cap n Trade Provisions even though Congress knocked it down

 

Involving American Armed forces in conflict... and telling Congress the War Powers Act doesn't apply, because, well because this President is above the law.

 

Enacting a number of "Dream Act" provisions through regulation even though Congress voted it down.

 

Eric Holder's position that he's entitled to selectively enforce laws on an individual basis. He'll spend billions defending Obamacare but refuses to defend Defense of Marriage.  The statement that his organization will only investigate Voting Rights cases where Blacks a Hispanics are the victims and his reference to protecting his people speak for themselves.

 

The American people would support removing Napolitano, because she's a bitch.. if for no other reason  They don't want see anymore videos of her justifying her child molesters, while 30 year old Muslims pass through security unquestioned.. She's repeatedly lied about border security, and the American people know it..

 

Everyone following Grumpy Educators is well aware of how little respect Sec of Ed Duncan has for our traditional interpretation of the Fourth and Tenth Amendments.  His refusal to  acknowledge Common Core is nothing more than a way to create a national curriculum shows he's either a liar or to damned stupid to be a cabinet member..

 

We could get into the Departments of the Interior and Energy, there's been a lot of regulatory shenanigans and over reach from them as well... to much to get into at the moment, 

 

If Congress is just going to stand by and let the President bypass them, and use executive orders and regulation to start wars and turn his agenda into law..

 

WTF do we need Congress for?
