The Party of Don't

How many other Don'ts can you add?

  1. Nice music Capt. Toe tapper for the morning. The video is so accurate. We were stationed in Sacramento in the early 70's. I still remember our first trip to the Big City. Mouths hanging open, we had never seen anything like that. BTW I was at Travis AFB when Sen John McCain stepped of that plane! Now that is something you never forget.

  2. I won't say how old I was when the troops came home...I think it is nice to use old hippy songs to protest our government...odd how the hippies are now doing what they accused the government of doing then.

    Thanks for listening.

  3. After the assassinations and DNC riots of '68, I quit college, got a high & tight, and enlisted in the Marine Corps. That hippie thing was overplayed. Most of the guys I knew only feigned genuine interest to pick up the girls. Personally, I preferred clean hair and clean feet. Have always been a neat freak.
