If you see a Happy Smiling Purple Fish show up, it's our newest contributor " Fishygal".. I've posted with her on and off for close to two years on Florida Today.. Like the Old Lady and Space Coast, shes one smart woman. She has this to say about herself
My little town never got into hate the boys coming back from Nam, hell they never bought a drink at the local watering hole. My father served in the Army and Army AC during the 40's. My husband put in over 28 years in the AF and I guess that makes me a little over the top on patriotism. Heck I'm the girl that bakes cookies for my fire station down the road.
While I may not always comment believe me I am reading.
Easy to see why I've always enjoyed having her show up somewhere I was posting.
Marine.. You and some of the rest of us share a couple mutual acquaintances with Fishy, The Forums are where FSNF and Facebook like to hide...please keep comments about that relatively clean
Grumpy - Guess they still feel relevant over there. Bet they are not on that barry's sliding poll numbers forum topic. Wonder if they also visit that reynaldo, tyler, and vicki in "Opinion Matters" (That is another oxymoron.)
ReplyDeleteWill gladly welcome fishygal. She appears to be a with it woman. Know several in Florida, and miss them very much. Hoping FastZ & MrsPeel are as active as they were. The libbers can not debate facts.

ReplyDeleteGosh everyone thanks. I got a tear in my eye with Grumpy's kind introduction. And Son's I would love to hear the stories. I have heard he has a couple of friends that love to "troll" behind him. I too have a couple of my own. I may not post often, but will always be reading. Thank you for the warm welcome. I look forward to getting to know each and everyone of you in the near future.
ReplyDeleteJust reread your post Grumpy. Facebooker and I are old nemesis but I'm still there and he isn't. Don't get me started on SoBeach. I thought I was going to need a police escort after that dude discovered me. He backed off when I informed him of my CWP. :)

ReplyDeleteWait till she gets going, don't know if you've ever bumped into supermax, he stays mostly on the stories.. One time Fishy had him going nuts about headlights for days
