Why American children are "ignorant about history"

SAUDI ARABIA PROVIDES UP TO 80% OF ALL TEXTBOOKS USED IN AMERICAN CLASSROOMS. THESE BOOKS PRESENT HISTORY FROM AN ISLAMO-CENTRIC VIEW OF THE WORLD THAT DISPARAGES JUDAISM AND CHRISTIANITY WHILE WHITEWASHING ISLAM.

I have posted a brief article by my friend over at Bare Naked Islam on the "history" our children are being taught in the schools across America; along with a suggestion to see another article on this subject posted on World Net Daily, entitled: "Parent: 'Class presents version of history that never occurred'.  (By the way, WND quotes from parents of a Florida high school student).

While it is up to each of us to do our homework, the issue of indoctrinating our children in Islam, while ignoring American and World history (by putting an Islamic slant on what is being taught is mind-boggling!).

One of the worse things that happened after 9/11 was having Bush state that Islam is a "Religion of Peace".  Of course, we understand that this was done for diplomacy reasons, but it has promoted one of the biggest lies of our century.  It has fostered a mis-understanding of Islam's ideology, including that of calling some "extremists", and other's "moderates" - when ALL of Islam has one purpose according to its teachings of the Quran - that one purpose is total dominance of the free world.  Read their protest signs; listen to the "homegrown" would-be Jihadists; count the BILLIONS of dollars American taxpayers have paid for this "War on Terror" - wars throughout Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and the Middle East, which have cost the lives of our very best young men and women these past ten years.

  3. Yes, she strips Islam "bare"! She also follows every single incident in the U.S. on Islamic "home-grown" terrorism, etc. Quite an amazing following to that blog. (Also a good friend of mine).
