Airline Passenger revolt??

I haven't heard anyone except Janet Napolitano say anything complimentray about the Tranportation Safety Authority agents in a long time, come to think of it Janet doesn't get complimented too often by anyone out side of the Department of Home Security presss people (they get paid for it) and the guy who appointed her.  I have heard a lot of negitive comments (being polite) about the TSA.  Much of that has to do with scenes like this

Under Napolitano the TSA seems a lot more interested in molesting little kids, old women and othere harmless people than the potential terrorists that go though screening untouched.  So it shouldn't have come as asurprise this morning when I Black Swan told me about a guy who decided to Anthony Weiner the TSA, only, only this gut didn't bother with tweeting a photograph. he did it in person..

NASHVILLE INT’L AIRPORT — A Wyoming man walked through a TSA checkpoint with a raging erection on Tuesday, daring TSA officers and even fellow passengers to give him an invasive pat down.

“I’m next,” Warren Kelvin, 34, screamed as he pushed to the front of the security line. According to TSA officials, Kelvin had ingested two Viagra and wore sweatpants without boxers for his Southwest flight from Nashville to Phoenix.
“I thought he was carrying a baton in his pants,” said Amanda Watershed, second shift supervisor of the A Terminal at Nashville International Airport. “Nope… That was his penis.”

Even though TSA officials allowed Kelvin to initially pass through security without the controversial pat down, the passenger on more than one occasion got back in line until he felt that he had been thoroughly inspected. Kelvin finally got the invasive pat down by 38-year-old officer Duncan Allbright after 80 minutes and four trips through security.

I can understand why he did it,  I can understand why the did it and I can laugh at the though of the TSA clowns having the tables turned on them but damnit there were other people in the airport. Guys, could have been you wives or daughters who go Anthony Weinered in that airport. So I don't have a lot of sympathy for theis guy if he he ends up needing a lawyer. Even so, just like Anthony Weiner, this guy deserves his ten minutes of Internet fame,

As it turns out that wasn't the only passeger revolt at the airports yesterday. Sometime early in the evening Puma Tweeted about Yukari Milhamae. Ms Mihamae didn't see any sense in just standing there waiting to her breasts examined by the TSA Agent in front of her, she struck first. Puma reports:

As the saying goes, “if you can’t take it, don’t dish it out.” Enter the TSA who is guilty of violating the fourth amendment travelers by committing unspeakable acts on men, women and children unchalleged, i.e., until now..

A sixty-one year old woman was arrested this week for returning the favor to a TSA Agent.

Yukari Mihamae of Colorado had enough of the never-ending fourth amendment violations upon her person by the TSA. On Thursday, Mihamae allegedly returned the favor by squeezing and twisting with both hands the left breast of a female TSA agent.

The teachable moment occurred at a checkpoint in Phoenix, Arizona’s Sky Harbor International Airport and squeezing.

I'm not sure what to make of this,  have passengers had enough, are they starting to revolt, will there be more incidents along the same lines, or was there something special about yesterday

Speaking of yesterday, I'd intended to have this posted last night but had a problem with Blogger errors

I don't know, what do you think??

I hadn't heard about the Wyoming dude. I bet he's from the nw part, up near Idaho.

Someone said yesterday Miss Mihamae was screening for breast cancer one TSA agent at a time.

  2. Love it Fishy

Lefty Greene sent me a message on USAT, he asked where he could contribute to her legal defence fund.

What is there about that part Wyoming?

  3. Only one state between them and Oregon. I think that explains it.

  4. Other than the extremly long lines at MSP, I and my 8 YO grandaughter had an uneventful trip through security at BNA (Nashville) and MSP (Minneapolis/St Paul. Believe me, I kept a wary eye on the TSA officials as she went through.

  5. My daughter is flying out to Dallas this Saturday to visit her aunt and uncle. We aren't looking forward to going through security. Since she's flying as an unaccompanied minor, they'll probably flag her for extra scrutiny, since most terrorists are likely to be 11-year old girls. Oh, did I mention we had to pay an extra $100 for the "privilege" of letting her fly alone, so she can ride in the back of the plane, near a flight attendant? (It's not optional.)

Maybe I should just put her in a burka.

  6. Wyoming IS what America WAS! They don't put up with a lot of non-sense and like Montana, do not want to participate in what goes on in the rest of the United States. I spent some time out there with some local ranchers. Sitting around their TV at night, they asked me constantly if the "big cities back East, like Chicago, Philadelphia and Cleveland", were really as bad as they are portrayed on CNN. I said; "Worse".

Taking 2 Viagra's in one 24 hour period can be dangerous and sometimes deadly.

I know from first hand experience.
