Why can’t Arizona be as inhospitable as they wish to people who have entered the United States illegally?” This was a question that US District Judge Susan Bolton asked of Justice Department Edwin Kneedler. The Obama/Holder representative had no answer.
And with that we were off to the races on the question of whether Arizona’s new immigration law is constitutional. Understandably, with Obama/Holder adding a third war to the administration plate, ie; Iraq, Afghanistan, and now Arizona, interest was high, certainly in Arizona as well as across America. The majority of Arizonians as well as the other forty-nine States overwhelmingly support the Arizona law.
